TERMS AND CONDITION
SCOPE
Submissions should align with the scope of Evidence-Informed Health Decision-Making, which encompasses all aspects of Health Technology Assessment (HTA), clinical guidelines, implementation science, real-world evidence, economic evaluation, innovation, and health equity. Suggested topic areas (including but not limited to):
ABSTRACT FORMATTING AND LAYOUT
- Abstract submission is open to all individuals interested in participating in the conference.
- Participants whose abstracts are accepted for presentation will be exempted from the conference registration fee.
- Only completed research will be considered; work-in-progress submissions will not be accepted.
- All accepted abstracts will be presented as physical posters.
- Presenters must be present at their posters during the Judging Session.
- Posters will be evaluated by a panel of jurists based on content quality, presentation clarity, and impact.
- All decisions made by the Scientific Committee are final.
SCOPE

- Health Technology Assessment (HTA)
- Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG) development or implementation
- Economic evaluation, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses
- Real-world evidence and observational studies
- Health services delivery and quality improvement initiatives
- Patient-centered care and health equity research
- Digital health, data science, and health innovation
- Disinvestment approaches and sustainability strategies
- Evaluates the impact of an intervention or guideline recommendations
- Conducts economic evaluation of an intervention
- Synthesizes evidence
ABSTRACT FORMATTING AND LAYOUT
- The abstract should be a concise summary of the authors’ research, clearly outlining the key components of the study.
- Figures, charts, and tables are not permitted in the abstract.
- Abstracts must be written in English and should not exceed 300 words.
- The abstract must follow a structured format consisting of: Title, Authors & Affiliations, Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
- Submissions must be in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
- Each presenting author may submit only one abstract.
- The required writing format is: Arial font, 12-point size, with single line spacing.

POSTER FORMATTING
- Accepted abstracts will be presented as physical posters.
- Posters must be prepared in A0 size (841 mm x 1189 mm) and in portrait orientation.
